As our Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll help guide PHM through an inflection point in corporate sales volume and process maturity. With a growing team and client base, along with a recent Salesforce implementation, this is a critical window to establish governance, process discipline, and reporting accuracy—ensuring our operational infrastructure scales alongside growth. This role sits at the intersection of Sales and Finance and combines Salesforce governance, hands-on pricing and impact modeling, and disciplined commission execution.
