About The Position

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by translating data into actionable insights and optimizing sales processes across the organization. This role provides analytical support to sales teams, manages pipeline integrity, and ensures accurate forecasting while streamlining operational workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, provider networks, and performance, to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making. By maintaining high data quality and enabling sales teams to perform at their best, you will have a direct impact on the company’s success. The position offers the flexibility to work fully remotely from anywhere in the U.S. while contributing to a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or sales operations
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Monday.com, Tableau, Contract Lifecycle Management software, G Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure clarity in workflows
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data hygiene and reporting
  • Support deployment readiness through user acceptance testing and process documentation
  • Develop and deliver training and guidance to sales teams on processes, tools, and systems
  • Complete ad hoc and scheduled reporting as required to support operational decision-making
