About The Position
About Us Billor is building the largest Trucking Ecosystem in the United States, combining Freight and Technology for Truck Drivers, Freight Brokers, and Autonomous Trucks, creating higher efficiency, stronger margins, and a more connected supply chain. About the role As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact at our delivery yard. You will bridge the gap between our sales strategy and physical logistics, ensuring that every driver has a seamless experience while picking up their vehicles. You are responsible for the "final mile" of the sales process, where paperwork meets the pavement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales operations, logistics, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience handling documentation, contracts, or compliance processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Driver Concierge & Experience: Greet all incoming drivers, providing constant support and ensuring they are never left unattended during the delivery process.
- Documentation & Compliance: Verify all signatures and legal documents. If a truck swap is required, you will manage the administrative pivot, generating new paperwork and securing on-site signatures.
- Inventory Coordination: Synchronize with the Delivery Center team to ensure designated trucks are "ready-to-roll" as scheduled.
- Sales & Contract Support: Act as a subject matter expert for drivers regarding sales processes, contract terms, and client-specific documentation.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the vital link between Sales, the Delivery Center, and the Freight/Load department.
- Daily Reporting: Provide real-time visibility to the leadership team in Brazil regarding daily delivery statuses and yard operations.
