The Sales Operations Sr Analyst provides support to the productivity, efficiency, and automation of sales operations. These accountabilities include reporting, data analytics, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, and business intelligence report management. Requirements

  • BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, computer science, business management or a related field is required.
  • 5+ yrs years of data mining/data analysis
  • Experience with Demand Management Systems and CRM (i.e., SalesForce)
  • Experience with creating data visualization tools (i.e., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proven experience of troubleshooting data-related problems and fixing coding errors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data
  • Excellent PC skills including Excel PowerPoint
  • Accuracy or data management and reporting skills is a must
