About The Position

Sales Operations Analyst Oracle NetSuite has an immediate opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team! NOTE: This is a remote role preferring candidates living in Santa Monica, CA. This is an hourly position with expected overtime for month, quarter and year-end work. There is no sponsorship for this position. Candidates in Santa Monica, CA or Pacific time zone in general are preferred. The Role: In this individual contributor role, you will become an expert in Oracle’s NetSuite company-owned CRM/ERP system-one of the hottest CRM/ERPs on the market today! In this super-fast-paced and hands-on position, you are a trusted advisor for quoting, pricing structure and contracting for our sales team. You will have daily interaction with the NetSuite sales force who rely on you to support them in the following areas: Provide Sales Policy guidance to sales team that includes, but not limited to, product upgrades, discounting and approval matrix, post contract exceptions and changes. Ensure the accuracy of quotes and orders for standard, mid-level and more complex deals Provide reports and analysis to sales management Review and edit sales contracts within defined guidelines Help to accelerate deal velocity and to close and increase win rate Administer deal registration process, including sales team contributions Add value by identifying and suggesting possible resolution in system gaps and processes to better streamline efficient workflow and enhance sales productivity Ad hoc projects About You: Min 3 years' experience in a Sales Operations/Finance role working with pricing, quoting, CRM, deal structuring and contracting for B2B SaaS companies NetSuite, Salesforce, IronClad and related experience a plus Advanced Excel skills Self-motivated critical thinker with a strong customer service orientation while being empathetic and a team player Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize during times of high volume Effective ability to work well with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced changing environment Persistent, patient, and resilient self-starter with can-do demeanor BA/BS degree preferred Deal Desk Only Oracle brings together the data, infrastructure, applications, and expertise to power everything from industry innovations to life-saving care. Requirements

  • Min 3 years' experience in a Sales Operations/Finance role working with pricing, quoting, CRM, deal structuring and contracting for B2B SaaS companies
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Self-motivated critical thinker with a strong customer service orientation while being empathetic and a team player
