About The Position

The Sales Operations Analyst provides crucial support to the sales and marketing team for key strategic customers. Combining analytical support with system process management, this role is central to driving growth and profitability for Flagstone Foods’ private label and branded businesses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in data analytics, replenishment, or sales.
  • Experience in partnering with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Provides data analysis across a spectrum of business situations, distilling data into actionable information and extracting key insights for the customer and various internal consumers of such information (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Planning).
  • Maintain standard reports to track business (POS, in-stock %, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions and process optimization.
  • Analyze sales trends and market data (Nielsen, Circana) to inform customer-specific strategies.
  • Support forecasting via managing customer system forecasts and partnering with demand planning to assess item level forecasts.
  • Track weekly shipments, consumption, and inventory at the customer level.
  • Support sales teams with customized materials for key customer meetings, including bids, line reviews, and new product presentations.
  • In coordination with account managers, is secondary contact with personnel such as buyers, buyers assistants, replenishment managers, etc.
  • Manages customer and internal systems and processes related to item creation, eCommerce, specifications, commercialization, and compliance.
  • Own the end-to-end item setup process for both in store and online, ensuring accuracy in customer systems.
  • Facilitate the completion of customer paperwork and bid documentation, ensuring accurate entry into both internal and customer project management platforms.
  • Consistent review of online marketplace related to content quality, consumer reviews, and information accuracy.
  • Manage the intake, tracking, and fulfillment of customer sample requests for new items and finished goods.
  • Maintain key customer portals to ensure timely action on tasks and workflow items, coordinating with the CFT as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.
