Plays a critical role in optimizing supply chain operations through Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Responsibilities vary across segments, with common themes of including data-driven decision-making, collaboration, value creation, and strategic operational insights. Job Objectives: Provide the data, insight, and structure needed to improve the efficiency, reliability, and profitability of the fuel distribution network. The role focuses on analyzing sales, supply, and logistics data to identify trends, measure performance, and highlight risks across bobtail and transport operations. By building and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and reports, the analyst supports driver utilization, on-time delivery, and order-to-cash processes. Beyond reporting, the analyst partners with dispatch, pricing, sales, and supply teams to recommend improvements in planning, scheduling, and customer service. Advising proactive decision-making, optimizing routes, reducing costs, leveraging tank monitors and ERP systems, and ensuring alignment of supply with customer demand in a high-paced, competitive market.
