ABOUT THE TEAM We build robots that find other robots and knock them out of the sky. At a time when air superiority can no longer be taken for granted, the Air Defense team provides mission critical capabilities to warfighters. From detection to tracking, identification, deterrence, and defeat, our family of networked sensors and effectors enables our customers to rapidly close the kill chain against a broad range of aerial threats. Working across product, engineering, sales, logistics, operations, and mission success, the Air Defense team develops, tests, deploys, and sustains the Anduril Air Defense Family of Systems (FoS) in challenging operational environments worldwide. Requirements

  • High ownership and initiative. Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment. A good teammate who works well with others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executives and customers.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and/or managing resources.
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of US and international customers.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with commercial or government capture and sales.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Research existing and prospective defense markets, current or planned programmatic and technical roadmaps, the Department of Defense budget, and the competitive landscape.
  • Support development and execution of strategies to shape, capture, and close strategic growth opportunities in new or existing markets.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders in the Air Defense business line, partner business lines, and corporate functions to advance Air Defense growth initiatives.
  • Develop Air Defense Growth content for the Monthly Growth Brief, Monthly Growth Report, Quarterly Business Review, Long Range Plan, and other key planing products.
  • Support the proposal process for Air Defense opportunities.
  • Schedule, attend, and publish notes from customer and partner calls.
  • Schedule and manage VIP visits and other customer engagements at Anduril locations.
  • Foster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement.
