About The Position

The Business Services Administrative Assistant is a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations within the Estimating department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • One to three years of previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred
  • Discretion and maturity required to maintain confidential information
  • Intermediate computer skills required; Outlook email, Word, Project, Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Detail, goal and quality oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environments
  • Team oriented with proven success with interpersonal relationships and experience with a variety of personalities and backgrounds in in the workplace

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Sales and Estimating team in communicating with the customers and updating the CRM as needed
  • Entering data and creating new opportunities in the CRM
  • Sorting papers, creating folders & filing as needed
  • Answer phone calls and directing calls to appropriate parties
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, Sales Representatives and Estimators
  • Work with the Sales Operations team in improving and implementing new processes to increase workplace productivity and ensure smooth operations
  • Other administrative duties as needed
