When you join Precision, you join a company that puts people first. The Operations Administrative Assistant is a supportive role for field operations and the finance team. The person will be responsible for managing and providing support to our field operations, managers, and employees, assisting in day-to-day operations, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a business degree with an accounting or business administration focus
  • Must possess strong knowledge of business software applications (proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SAP or other large company ERP a plus

Responsibilities

  • Enter, maintain, and investigate service, rental, fuel, and parts purchase orders, requisitions, and payments
  • Monitor SAP/VIM workspaces, backorders, GR/IR, and resolve exceptions with vendors to ensure timely processing
  • Prepare and maintain month-end accruals, overhead invoices, and financial reports, including GL corrections
  • Track and support work orders, WBSs, and provide operational summary and financial reports
  • Review and approve consolidated billing summaries and maintain rig directions and on-call lists
  • Support operations, finance, vendors, and head office with reporting, inquiries, and issue resolution
  • Perform general office administration, training support, event coordination, and other duties as required
