About The Position

Weyerhaeuser is hiring for a Sales & Operations Administrator. This position will report directly to the Site Operations Manager and provide support to both the sales and operations team. The position will also have a customer facing component where you will engage with clients both over the phone and e-mail to assist with order or service inquiries. The position will be based in our Jacksonville, Florida distribution office and is considered an on-site role. Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience preferred.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of PC skills, including MS Office programs.
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written).
  • Works well individually as well as collaboratively within a high performing team dynamic.
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and a track record of successful work history.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data and systems for sales and operations using full suite of Microsoft Office programs and internal driving systems.
  • Manage proof of delivery documents and paperwork for audit compliance
  • Provide general administrative support to include processing mail, filing, printing, ordering of supplies, scheduling, and facilitating payment services.
  • Use problem solving and professional phone acumen to solve customer complaints/issues.
  • While performing these functions, the successful candidate will focus on building product knowledge and learning our customer base.

Benefits

  • Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $50,000 - $75,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

  • Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
  • Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours
