About The Position

PennEngineering, is seeking a motivated and excited individual to be a part of the Heyco Products Sales Team. As the Sales Operations Manager at Heyco, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things. Heyco, founded in 1926, is an industry leading manufacturer of components for the industrial, electronic, HVAC, energy industries and beyond. The Sales Operations Manager leads support functions essential to the productivity, efficiency, and automation of sales operations. These accountabilities include business planning, reporting, data analytics, market research, sales quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, sales force incentive compensation design and administration, and business intelligence report management. Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing Research or Statistics is preferred.
  • Five to seven years of data mining/data analysis
  • Experience with ERP systems and CRM (i.e., HubSpot)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills including MS Access, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize sales operations processes, such as sample ordering, order management, customer segmentation, pricing, quoting, and lead management to support the field sales team
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities and create reports to track progress and performance.
  • Utilize CRM to develop and maintain accurate customer and sales records as well as running monthly sales, commission, and POS reports.
  • Prepare and manage forecast process and quarterly business review material presented to the senior leadership team.
  • Manage sales database, point of sale from our channel partners to measure and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to understand their operational needs and help achieve their goals.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Create and manage sales documentation, including sales plans, SOPs, and job aids.
  • Manage and advise on the execution of campaigns and promotions to our channel partners.
  • Provide training and support to sales team on operations processes
  • Create reporting, graphs and PowerPoint slides for channel partner meetings using data from CRM, point of sale and ERP system
  • Support planning for meetings, events and trade shows
