About The Position
American Workforce Group has partnered with a local welding shop seeking a motivated Sales Office Associate. This role is ideal for a high-energy 'people person' with experience in a shop environment, ready to guide customers through the entire production process, from initial estimates to final delivery. The position serves as the primary point of contact for customers via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails.
Requirements
- Prior mechanical knowledge or industrial experience
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers, phone calls, and emails
- Guide customers through estimates, approvals, payments, and delivery
- Provide project updates, timelines, and photos to clients
