We are currently seeking a qualified Sales Associate that is keen on driving sales and service excellence for our group fitness training facility in East Nashville, TN. The Sales Associate position is a critical role that is accountable for membership sales, flawless customer service and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive and passion for growing the OTF membership base and providing high-touch customer service.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills - including face-to-face and over the phone
  • Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
  • Functional computer skills required – MS Office basic programs
  • High school diploma required
  • Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color, it’s an attitude)

Responsibilities

  • Effectively sells customized OTF memberships and other studio products
  • Multitask effectively and thrive in high-energy environment will maintaining productivity requirements
  • Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive experience
  • Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems
  • Make sales calls and follow up calls/customer care calls with ease
  • Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders
  • Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post) shift activities
  • Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
  • Systematically contacts prospective clients and current members to increase memberships and improve member retention
  • Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns
  • Process accurately onboarding documents for new members
  • Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure a flawless on-boarding & member experience
  • Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs and team meetings
  • Following up on prospective clients
  • Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
  • Participating in marketing and outreach events
  • Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
