Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners to educate them on renewable energy options and cost savings.
Represent Mpower Direct at a local level and promote clean energy programs.
Use a consultative approach to guide customers through a simple and transparent enrollment process.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers and teammates.
Meet and exceed personal and team performance goals.
