About The Position

Premium Parking is seeking a high-energy, strategic, and meticulously organized Tradeshow & Events Manager. This role is the heartbeat of our brand’s physical presence across the country. You won't just be booking booths; you will be the architect of our event strategy, the onsite face of the brand, and the digital storyteller who amplifies our presence through social media. From high-stakes national tradeshows to community-focused local activations, you will ensure Premium Parking is represented with excellence, efficiency, and a clear focus on ROI.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record of managing large-scale national tradeshows and high-end corporate events.
  • Tech Savvy: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (specifically Excel for budgeting, PowerPoint for briefings, and Planner for project management).
  • Communication & Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build rapport and communicate respectfully & effectively across the entire organization—from providing clear direction to front-of-house employees to delivering strategic updates to high-level stakeholders and external partners.
  • Social Media Fluency: Experience managing professional social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X) with a keen eye for content opportunities and ability to create effective A/B Campaigns with ease.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel 40% of the time to ensure onsite success.
  • Location: Must be based in New Orleans.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Tradeshow Management
  • Strategic Planning: Curate the annual tradeshow calendar by identifying high-potential business opportunities.
  • Logistics & Execution: Manage all booth bookings, equipment rentals, shipping, and setup requirements.
  • Team Coordination: Strategically select sales reps for each show, manage their travel/lodging, and create detailed SOPs to ensure the team is briefed on goals and scheduling.
  • Lead Generation: Partner with the Marketing Insights Manager to deploy lead-gen emails and apps with a pre-show, during-show, and post-show cadence.
  • Pre-Show Sales: Proactively schedule meetings between prospective clients and our sales team prior to the event.
  • Partnerships & PR: Work with show coordinators to secure sponsorships and collaborate with our PR team to land speaking opportunities for leadership.
  • National & Local Events
  • Off-site Client Events: Full coordination of bespoke client hospitality events in various markets nationwide.
  • Local Market Support: Support local sales teams on smaller events where a full marketing presence isn't required, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
  • Community Activations: Work directly with our PR agency on in-market activations to cement Premium Parking as an active, engaged member of the local community.
  • Social Media & Brand Advocacy
  • Channel Management: Lead the brand’s social media strategy, capturing content live from events and translating our physical presence into digital engagement.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Marketing Insights Managers to execute social campaigns that align with broader product launches and company goals.
  • Budgeting & ROI Analysis
  • Financial Rigor: Maintain meticulous tracking of all expenses against the event budget.
  • Performance Reporting: Work with the Strategic Sales Director to ensure post-show lead follow-up and calculate the specific ROI for every individual event.
