What You'll Do as a Sales and Marketing Manager: Lead & coach the sales team to improve conversion rates, average contract values, and overall revenue performance. Develop & oversee the company's marketing strategy in partnership with an external agency—defining priorities, budgets, and performance goals. Track & analyze key metrics such as cost per lead, close rate, and ROI to drive continuous improvement. Define target markets and messaging that align with Deck Craft Plus's reputation for craftsmanship and quality. Ensure sales process discipline through clear KPIs, accountability, and consistent follow-up practices. Facilitate weekly sales meetings focused on pipeline health, forecasting, and win/loss analysis. Collaborate closely with operations to align sales promises with scheduling, capacity, and margin goals.

Requirements

  • Experienced: 7+ years of progressive sales experience, including 2-3 years in sales leadership within construction, home improvement, or related home services. Skilled at overseeing marketing agencies, setting strategy, and measuring results across digital and local channels.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with CRM systems such as HubSpot and experienced in using analytics tools to track KPIs and performance. Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid search, social, and local lead sources.
  • Process Builder: Creates repeatable systems that bring clarity, accountability, and consistent results to both sales and marketing operations. Alignment with EOS principles and ability to work within a structured system of accountability and leadership.
  • Data-Driven Coach: Leads through numbers and honest feedback to develop a high-performing team.
