As a global company, we have offices in nine countries and can insert advertisements around the world. Job Summary Responsible for managing the daily activities of the Marketing Solutions department. Designs, develops and introduces advertising and sponsorship products that help the Advertising Sales team achieve defined outcomes and results. Develops promotional and marketing programs to address specific market segments. Oversees advertising products inventory, tracking and dissemination. Researches and recommends special pricing programs. Introduces advertising products to the sales team and provides training on products to personnel involved with such programs. Develops department policies, procedures and practices. Implements business strategies and ensures adherence to department budget.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops and introduces marketing campaigns, new advertising products and pricing programs.
  • Implements marketing campaign strategies and develops promotional and marketing programs around marketing strategies targeted at specific market segments.
  • Introduces new advertising products to the Sales team, provides training and lends expertise.
  • Accompanies Sales staff on selected calls to key potential customers to help with marketing campaigns and if necessary, develops modifications to particular marketing programs.
  • Researches, designs and recommends pricing programs.
  • Monitors program performance, providing recommendations and solutions where necessary.
  • Develops and effectively communicates department policies, procedures and practices.
  • Develops, trains and mentors staff including professionals and non-exempt employees.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
