The Sales & Marketing Coordinator (SMC) plays a key role in supporting and advancing Lars Remodeling & Design's sales and marketing initiatives. This position partners closely with the Director of Marketing and Sales to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns and sales operations. The role has a strong focus on digital marketing execution, including email and SMS campaign management, marketing automation, and CRM optimization through HubSpot. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will serve as an internal HubSpot power user, building workflows, managing contact segmentation, maintaining campaign reporting dashboards, and ensuring marketing and sales systems operate efficiently. This role also is responsible for the design and production of marketing collateral and brand assets, ensuring consistency across all client-facing communications including proposals, brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns. In addition to hands-on campaign execution and design work, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator drives process improvements, reporting insights, and cross-functional coordination to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals, brand standards, and revenue objectives.
