About The Position
Fimco Industries is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support both marketing initiatives and sales enablement efforts. This role serves as a critical operational resource, ensuring product information, marketing content, and sales materials are accurate, accessible, and deployed effectively across digital platforms and sales channels. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to support a fast-paced marketing and sales environment. This position works closely with the Marketing Team, Digital Commerce Manager, Graphic Design, and Sales team to ensure digital and sales materials remain current and effective.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Marketing and Sales experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with websites, product content, or digital platforms
- Experience supporting sales teams or marketing campaigns
- Experience in manufacturing, outdoor power equipment, or related industries
- Data Entry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with product placement and content updates on distributor, retail, and owned digital platforms.
- Monitor published content for errors, broken links, or inconsistencies and resolve or escalate as needed.
- Assist marketing team members as needed.
- Assist the sales team by preparing marketing materials, presentations, product sheets, and sales collateral.
- Assist sales with merchandising and planogramming.
- Ensure product information, images, and specifications are accurate and current across sales platforms, websites, and distributor portals.
- Support new product launches by coordinating the availability of digital and sales materials.
- Help respond to internal sales requests for product information, images, or marketing support.
- Maintain organized libraries of sales and marketing materials for easy team access.
- Help ensure product listings include accurate descriptions, specs, pricing, and imagery.
- Support implementation of promotional campaigns and product merchandising updates.
- Assist in maintaining website accuracy and consistency.
- Pull basic performance reports for social media, email, and website activity.
- Assist with maintaining organized marketing files, project trackers, and documentation.
- Support vendor coordination, including printers, promotional vendors, and media partners.
- Assist with ordering, organizing, and distributing marketing collateral and promotional items.
- Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to execute marketing initiatives.
- Support the Digital Commerce Manager with website and product content execution.
- Assist the Sales Team by ensuring they have the tools and materials needed to support customers and distributors.
- Coordinate with the Creative team to ensure assets are properly deployed.
