Snapshot of Key Responsibilities: The Refrigeration Market Leader is responsible for developing long-term relationships and driving sales growth among new and existing businesses by engaging contractors and Resource Center sales teams in the market.

Responsibilities

Full days split between sales activities with a variety of Refrigeration contractors and training activities with Resource Center sales teams within their given market.
Effective communication with Refrigeration Support Specialists to ensure timely quotation of refrigeration projects.
Training and coaching local Resource Center teams to partner with them in the selling process.
Continual participation with vendors in internal sales team and contractor training.
Continual learning because they know that their knowledge of the refrigeration industry is the currency to creating credibility with customers and Resource Center teams.
Proactive communication with the Refrigeration Product Manager to ensure proper mix and inventory levels based on market demand.
Collaboration with other internal teams, like marketing and purchasing, to accomplish the common goal of growing refrigeration product revenue.
