Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership or roofing sales
  • Strong recruiting and team-building ability
  • Ability to coach sales reps and improve close rates
  • Organized, competitive, and goal-driven
  • Comfortable managing CRM and sales metrics

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of roofing sales representatives
  • Manage daily sales activity and performance tracking
  • Run sales meetings, ride-alongs, and coaching sessions
  • Help close deals and support reps in the field
  • Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability and growth
  • Work closely with leadership to hit company revenue goals
