Start your Voyage – Apply Now Sales Manager is responsible managing External Wholesalers - Regional Sales Directors and our Inbound Sales Desk Consultants. Ensuring our wholesalers are driving territory growth by creating and maintaining relationships with independent broker-dealer contacts and advisors to position our mutual fund platform. Inbound Sale Desk team handles inbound calls from producers and firms, helping them with sales materials. Assist the RSCs and RSD's with outbound call campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years related sales/marketing experience
  • 10+ years experiencing selling and/or servicing mutual funds
  • Sales related management experience a plus.
  • Series 6 and 26 Licenses
  • Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce.com, Zoom, Skype, or equivalent CRM/ Technology skills.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering sales results
  • Ensure all regions are performing as expected with sales results and KPI metrics
  • Diversify distribution through new producers and new broker-dealer contacts
  • Increase advisor persistency at a producer and broker-dealer level.
  • Work in conjunction with other Voya business units
  • Executing marketing campaigns and align distribution resources to maximize sales effectiveness. Campaigns will include phone calls, emails, webcasts, meetings, breakouts, websites and follow-up.
  • Improve advisor and firm distribution experience.
  • Effectively position Voya’s products within the market space served
  • Manage call/activity/quality metrics for positions
  • Other duties as assigned
