Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven sales management experience in the automotive industry (minimum 3 years).
  • Familiarity with F&I processes and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership ability with a passion for mentoring and developing a team.
  • Proficiency in automotive CRM and dealership software.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
