Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven sales management experience in the automotive industry (minimum 3 years).
- Familiarity with F&I processes and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership ability with a passion for mentoring and developing a team.
- Proficiency in automotive CRM and dealership software.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
