About The Position

Verstela is hiring a Market Sales Manager to drive growth in our greater Denver market supporting our Broomfield and Aurora Branches. This role requires consultative selling skills, the ability to open new doors, and the follow-through to turn prospects into long-term clients. It is a fast-moving role where hustle and strategy go hand in hand.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience in consultative or service-based industries
  • Strong track record in prospecting, closing, and establishing new accounts
  • Competitive, resilient, and motivated by results
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to balance urgency and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a territory sales plan for the greater Denver area market
  • Prospect actively while building lasting client relationships
  • Prospect actively and establish strong relationships with new client locations
  • Partner closely with operations teams to ensure a strong client experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to grow new business in the market
