About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Auffenberg Kia in Shiloh, IL. In this role, you will lead and inspire our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our dealership through effective sales strategies, team development, and strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive sales and the dealership environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to maintain a high-performing team.
