They specialize in corporate events, large-scale festivals, private celebrations, and iconic Texas experiences—such as five years producing Bevo Blvd. Their goal is simple: dominate the Texas market by delivering exceptional service, world-class inventory, and relentless execution. They did $5M in sales last year and are targeting $10M —and needing an elite Sales Manager to help get them there. We are seeking a full-time, in-office Sales Manager / Business Development Manager based in Kyle, TX . This role is designed for an A-Player —someone who is driven, coachable, disciplined, and capable of building both a sales engine and a sales team. This role requires zero side businesses , complete focus, and a high-performance mindset. You will lead all sales efforts across Texas (B2B + B2C), refine and build the sales process, and scale our team to 4–5 members. You will sell to current, past, and new clients across corporate, schools, kids events, private events, and large festivals. Your success in this role directly determines the company’s growth trajectory.
