We are a growing, well-established title agency seeking a dynamic, experienced Sales Manager to expand our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the real estate and lending communities with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. This position requires a results-driven leader that can inspire a high-performing sales team while expanding our market presence.

Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of title industry experience with a proven record of revenue growth and market penetration
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and title processes
• Leadership experience
• Established referral network in the real estate industry

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Manage and grow relationships with realtors and lenders
• Coach and motivate a sales team to exceed targets
• Identify new market opportunities
• Drive new business development initiatives
• Track performance metrics and ensure revenue targets are met
