Join our team today! Role Overview The Sales Manager Leads the execution of long-term sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities and driving overall sales growth. Partners with local field leadership to provide voice of the customer feedback to effectively build go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation plans, and sales coverage to drive expected sales and gross margin growth. Position Details Reports to the General Manager Direct oversight of 3 Showrooms with responsibility of HR, Strategy and Execution Position will be based out of our Salt Lake Showroom Will work directly with the GM, Director and Market Manager to execute on strategy

Requirements

  • 5 years' sales experience coupled with 3 years' management experience
  • Proven P&L Execution Skills in planning and developing business strategies
  • Sales & Performance Forecasting expertise
  • Desire to be a hard-working leader, mentor, and motivator of individuals and teams
  • Experience defining customer needs and providing solutions
  • Constructive and empathetic communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must
  • Proficient Excel and PDF skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the Utah market with occasional overnights

Responsibilities

  • Market share growth in identified customer groups supported, implementing appropriate market coverage to achieve desired results
  • Monitors and identifies gaps in Sales Team behavior to provide mentorship to improve Gross Margin and enhance AR position
  • Leads daily management and execution of account customers across their direct sales team, including ongoing customer meetings and business reviews
  • Execution Enablement: Driving central initiatives and optimizing sales and process operations in their markets.
  • Supports ongoing capability development and market pull-through for customer value creation
  • Staffs, schedules, and trains frontline sales professionals (e.g., Outside Sales, Account Managers, Customer Account Representatives) for assigned territories
  • Drives long-term sales strategies, finds new business opportunities, and boosts sales growth
  • Provides leadership and input for pricing proposals and strategic plans for large customer accounts
  • Supervises sales trends, market dynamics, product performance results, and customer preferences
  • Collaborates with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products and services, and to provide sales support
  • Submits short and long-term sales plans and prepares sales strategies using available marketing programs to reach designated targets
  • Participates in leadership meetings and represents associate concerns, policies, and guidelines to the management team
