Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM/technology systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Senior living or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals through proactive sales strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective residents and families, navigating them from initial interest to move-in.
  • Develop local referral leads by networking with medical, financial, and legal professionals.
  • Implement strategic sales and marketing plans in collaboration with community leadership.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activity.
