Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales department
  • Work the sales desk to structure deals and support the sales team
  • Drive performance through coaching, accountability, and process execution
  • Promote and enforce dealership sales and follow-up processes
  • Monitor inventory, pricing strategy, and gross objectives
  • Improve customer-to-dealer interactions both in-store and digitally
  • Foster a positive, solutions-first culture
