We’re looking for early team members to help us untangle the intersection of American industry, climate, and the economy. We're hiring a Sales Lead to build and run our sales function. You'll personally close strategic accounts while coaching a team of reps to convert more leads, retain customers, and expand into new industries. You'll design the playbooks, set the targets, and decide where AI and automation should do the heavy lifting so your team can focus on the conversations that actually matter. This is a building role. You'll inherit a team of 3 full-time reps and 4 contractors, take ownership of the number from day one, and have real influence on how Ambrook goes to market.
