As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth during our most critical scaling phase. Build the Motion: You will be responsible for designing and implementing a new outbound sales motion, moving from reactive demand fulfillment to a proactive, scalable engine that targets mid-market and enterprise accounting firms. Lead and Scale: You will manage, coach, and grow a team of high-performing AEs, focusing on hitting aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Playbook Development: You will refine our sales motion, from initial discovery to close, ensuring the team is effectively communicating the value of AI agents to accounting firms. Forecasting and Strategy: You will provide visibility into the pipeline, identifying market trends, and adjusting strategy in real-time.
