Position Overview We are seeking a driven, hands-on Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for an experienced automotive professional ready to lead or a top-performing salesperson who never got the chance to step into management. The right candidate will be someone who doesn’t wait for business to come to them — they create it through coaching, structure, and energy.

Requirements

  • Automotive sales experience required (management experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop individuals
  • High energy, positive attitude, and results-driven mindset
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, digital retailing, and sales processes

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the sales floor
  • Train, motivate, and hold team members accountable to daily goals
  • Drive showroom and digital sales processes with urgency and consistency
  • Develop and maintain a strong culture of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with management to execute marketing and process strategies
  • Monitor key performance metrics and support team members in reaching targets
