We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in the San Diego area, while also driving business growth across diverse markets. Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in the San Diego area
  • Proven record building and scaling pipelines across inbound and outbound motions and closing complex deals.
  • Hands-on Salesforce expertise (forecasting, dashboards, hygiene) and reporting to leadership.
  • Demonstrated success setting KPIs, running 1:1s/deal reviews/call coaching, and lifting win rates while shortening sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Industry background in POS, payments/merchant services, retail or SaaS with a hardware component.
  • Experience consultatively selling POS bundles (hardware, software, services) and optimizing credit card processing for clients
  • Implemented or coached teams on a sales methodology.
  • Track record building playbooks from scratch and scaling revenue in a high-growth environment (startup/SMB experience a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries with expert guidance on POS360 products and services.
  • Drive outbound prospecting to create new opportunities.
  • Consultatively diagnose client needs and recommend tailored POS solutions (hardware, software, and services).
  • Present and demo the POS360 suite: POS systems, scanners, printers, OrderBoost, website design, inventory tools, and BOSS back-office solutions.
  • Close efficiently while building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Partner with Success Managers and the Onboarding team to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Provide ongoing consultation to help clients maximize profitability, including credit card processing solutions.
  • Align closely with Marketing and Product to optimize the funnel and iterate on offerings.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and account notes in Salesforce.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and insights to leadership.
