Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and profitability.
  • Manage daily sales operations, including inventory management and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to optimize sales processes and promotions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to dealership management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
