The role involves developing client relationships, upselling additional services, and detailing/servicing clients, groups, and events. It may also include prospecting and calling on new accounts. Requirements

• Hotel sales/Catering sales and/or hotel experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Detail oriented

Nice To Haves

• Management or previous supervisory experience preferred
• College Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Delphi.fdc a plus

Responsibilities

• Detailing, servicing, and delivering the group rooms and/or catering business
• Achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction
• Developing relationships with clients
• Upselling additional services
• Detailing and servicing all clients/groups/events
• Prospecting and calling on new accounts
