Accomplish sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating field sales action plans. This role is responsible for leading and developing City Wide's high-performing sales team, driving new business growth, and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies across our market. What You'll Be Doing: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals Develop and execute strategic sales plans while partnering with your team on key meetings, presentations, and closing opportunities Monitor performance, pipeline health, and forecasting to ensure accountability and strong results Assist with recruit, onboarding, and mentoring new sales talent to support ongoing market growth Foster a positive, results-driven culture aligned with company goals and expectations Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategy with overall business objectives and market opportunities What We're Looking For:
