Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Sales Manager position. We are looking for a goal-oriented, empathetic, and curious person looking for an opportunity to gain experience in an inspirational, growing industry where you will positively impact the lives of seniors. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the sales efforts of our resort-style community, while striving to maintain full occupancy and a strong waiting list. The sales team also works closely with our corporate Sales & Marketing Department to create a community specific strategy aligned with company goals and community needs.

Requirements

  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of five years' sales management experience
  • Strong communication and presentation/public speaking skills
