Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them, monitoring performance against goals and making adjustments as necessary.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and increase sales.
Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Oversee inventory levels and make recommendations for stocking and pricing based on market demand and dealership goals.
Monitor aging inventory and implement strategies to minimize carrying costs and maximize profitability.
Work closely with the finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate record-keeping and inventory valuation.
Track sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to dealership management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other department heads to develop comprehensive dealership strategies and plans.
