About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in AI, SaaS, or healthcare technology, with a track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of artificial intelligence and biosensing solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to guide decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets in the biosensing and healthcare technology markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the complete sales cycle, and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align sales initiatives with product innovations and customer feedback.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and identify trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
