Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a New Car Sales Manager OR Used Car Sales Manager
- Strong ability to pencil deals , structure payments, and desk multiple deals at once
- Skilled in negotiating with customers and closing deals with integrity
- Commitment to a positive customer experience and maintaining CSI performance
- Proven leadership in coaching, motivating, and holding a sales team accountable
- Ability to work collaboratively with finance, BDC, and inventory management
Responsibilities
- Desk deals efficiently and accurately
- Support sales team with real-time coaching and deal strategy
- Negotiate effectively while maintaining gross and meeting store objectives
- Ensure Fast Pass / CRM process compliance
- Manage daily sales activities, follow-ups, and sales operations
- Help maintain a customer-first culture and high CSI
- Help recruit, train, and develop salespeople as the team grows
