The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and driving performance across a network of independent manufacturer’s representative agencies. This role is focused on execution, accountability, and growth , ensuring rep agencies consistently deliver against sales targets, properly follow up on leads, uncover new opportunities, and operate in alignment with the company’s strategic direction. This individual will serve as the dayâtoâday point of leadership for the rep network, translating sales strategy into disciplined action while maintaining strong visibility through accurate reporting and regular communication.
