The Regional Sales Manager (West Coast) is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer retention within the assigned territory through a combination of direct customer engagement and partner/dealer network execution. This position is an individual contributor role (no direct reports) and serves as the primary link between corporate sales strategy and field execution by owning territory planning, pipeline development, opportunity management, and forecasting discipline. A key focus of this role is partner management and commercial compliance, ensuring dealer/partner activity, quoting, pricing/discounting, contracting, and related sales activities are executed in alignment with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
