About The Position

Oversees the overall operation of the Buy Here Pay Here dealership to include staffing, sales and customer service. Responsible for ensuring goals and objectives are met through coaching, training and supporting sales staff; including hands on handling of customer sales. The Sales manager sets the tone for the store, provides a work environment that is both accountable to meet goals and pleasant. The Sales Manager provides additional coverage for days off/absences for employees. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the corporate management to build customer satisfaction and reputational strength. NO SUNDAYS! This position works 5 days per week Monday - Saturday, with a day off during the week. Saturdays are mandatory. Dealership open 9AM - 7PM local time.

Requirements

  • Some BHPH or subprime finance experience preferred, but will train the right person
  • Automotive sales and management experience preferred
  • Strong customer focus - the company develops long-term relationships with customer
  • Well organized; ability to implement and follow processes
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to creating and maintaining a positive and collaborative workplace
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with both employees and customers

Nice To Haves
