  • Lead Generation Mastery: Drive lead outreach, conversions, and generation with vigor.
  • Member Engagement Expertise: Welcome everyone with enthusiasm, provide informative studio tours, and ensure each interaction is a "white glove" experience.
  • Sales Champion: Sell memberships passionately, contributing directly to our studio’s success and monthly targets.
  • Relationship Builder: Follow up with prospective members and handle member concerns professionally, aiming for swift resolution.
  • Marketing Maven: Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to amplify our studio's presence.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to maintain studio cleanliness and functionality, ensuring a top-notch environment for all.
  • Sales Savvy: Strong sales and communication skills to drive membership growth.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attentive to details and adept at building relationships.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to multitask and thrive with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and Deadline-Driven: Proven adaptability to handle diverse tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Educational Foundation: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales Experience: 1-2 years in sales, ideally in the fitness industry, to hit the ground running.
