The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets across roofing, siding, window, and decking projects. This role combines hands-on leadership, sales strategy, coaching, and performance management to ensure exceptional customer experiences and consistent team success. The ideal candidate is results-driven, people-focused, and passionate about developing others.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or management
  • Strong background in sales strategy, performance management, and coaching
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, based on customer and team needs
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home improvement, construction, or exterior remodeling industries
  • Demonstrated success leading commission-based sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Representatives to exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Provide ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and performance feedback to support professional growth
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and drive accountability
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and strategy sessions with team
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure lead quality, alignment, and project fulfillment
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-focused approach
  • Maintain and optimize use of CRM tools and reporting for transparency and forecasting
  • Foster a positive, high-energy sales culture rooted in integrity and service excellence
