This role involves leading by example, coaching team members, and ensuring exceptional client experiences at each spa location. Top performers may advance to the role of Travel Sales Manager, supporting multiple locations across the U.S.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in any industry; entry-level to experienced candidates considered
  • High-energy, results-driven, and client-focused personality
  • Understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in spa, wellness, or luxury aesthetics
  • Leadership or coaching experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage guests to guide them toward treatments, packages, and wellness programs
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through upselling and cross-selling
  • Coach and support team members to reach individual and location sales targets
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales data in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and performance feedback discussions
  • Assist with front desk activities such as scheduling and guest communications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment
  • Travel to other spa locations when assigned, with all expenses covered
