About The Position

Luxury Bath of the Gulf Coast is growing at an impressive pace. With strong lead flow and a reputation built on quality products and expert installation, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Selling Sales Manager to help drive continued success in the New Orleans and surrounding markets . As the In-Home Sales Manager , you will lead from the front — driving growth by building, coaching, and inspiring a team of In-Home Sales Representatives. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in both sales and management , setting the tone for performance while actively supporting the team in the field. You’ll create a high-energy, results-driven environment where your team feels confident, supported, and motivated to succeed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience (1-day bath concept preferred)
  • 2+ years of sales management or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid organizational and business development skills
  • Comfortable using technology, including iPads and electronic contract systems
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to lead by example

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience (1-day bath concept preferred)
  • 2+ years of sales management or leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage appointments scheduled by the inside sales team
  • Run a minimum of 5 leads per week alongside sales reps as a hands-on training tool
  • Provide in-home support by assisting reps with closing deals when needed
  • Monitor and review team performance, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met
  • Conduct cancel-save appointments to recover potential lost sales
  • Partner with the rehash team to revisit opportunities and maximize closing potential
  • Lead ongoing sales training meetings to develop and sharpen team skills
  • Set clear expectations and maintain accountability across the sales team
  • Drive a strong sales culture focused on performance, growth, and results
