About The Position

Requirements

  • Sales Forecasting: Conducting market research, analyzing trends, and forecasting sales potential to optimize resource allocation and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Providing sales training, mentoring, and coaching to team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues, addressing complaints, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Sales Administration: Overseeing the sales administration process, including sales contracts, pricing, and proposal development.
